The Class is 6 weeks on Thursdays at 7 PM Eastern Time, starting July 23rd, 2026 ending August 27th, 2026.. Also, each student will have direct access to Elizabeth with the expectation that you will be interacting between classes as you implement these systems in real time, with real action steps, and real coaching feedback. You will also have an opportunity to meet and talk to Mary, Elizabeth’s Virtual Assistant to understand that side of delegation.

This class also includes a video library with over 50 videos and a Google Drive filing cabinet that includes all the documents we use for our own business, from Operating Agreements to Job Descriptions for Virtual Assistants, our actual Letters of Intent for Acquisitions, and How to Find the Right Attorney checklists.

We will cover the 5 Vital Components to Systems and Scaing:

ACQUIRE: Make sure you are ready to purchase either one deal or an entire portfolio by having your systems tested and running smoothly for each new acquisition.

DELEGATE: Create a delegation machine that runs with or without you. Select your "dream" team and equip them to carry out your vision and bring their own expertise as well.

AUTOMATE: Choose the right tech for YOU, not what is cool, but what actually creates income that will endure AI expansion and your team can use every day.

PROTECT: Don't just defend what you've worked hard for - anticipate the threats and take preemptive actions to secure your hard-earned wealth with a detailed checklist on how to find, vet, and upscale as your business expands.

SCALE: Each new level brings new challenges and this is where we work on how to make sure your systems hold under the weight of added properties and volume. Learn how to audit your team and help them to learn to audit as well so that you aren't flanked by the complexity of scaling and miss massive opportunities.
